Why doesn't Lois Lane know that Superman is really Clark Kent in 'Superman Returns'?

In 'Superman II' while posing as Clark's wife on assignment for The Daily Planet Lois Lane found out that Clark was actually Superman. Subsequently they escaped to The Fortress of Solitude for some champagne and intimacy... Apparently Lois fell pregnant as a result as her son clearly has super powers in 'Superman Returns' yet she seemed unaware that Superman and Clark Kent were one in the same. What's with that? She knows that she had sex with Superman but forgot that he was Clark???

Don't you recall at the end of that film that he helped a disconsolate Lois by ridding her of memories of what happened between them?

Here's confirmation from Wikipedia:
After Superman helps to restore the damage Zod brought, he still finds that Lois knows his secret. Superman kisses Lois, using his telepathic abilities to erase her memory of the past few days to keep his secret safe.

As far as I know, Lois was left with no memories. That's why it doesn't gibe in "Superman Returns", which I do not consider part of the films that went before. It's a total loss all the way around except for Parker Posey and the pomeranian. So, I'm not sure what their excuse was when Lois realized she was pregnant. I'm not sure if they addressed this in "SR", which I watched twice. It's so utterly boring that I actually had trouble staying with it, especially with Brandon Routh's wooden performance and Kevin Spacey's dreadfully dull portrayal of Luthor.
