Lamp White Shades
3 1/2" lamp shade fringe?
Hello:
Does anyone know where I can find around 3 1/2" gold seed bead lamp shade fringe? I am restoring an amber and white slag glass oil lamp shade that has 3 1/2 " gold glass seed bead fring. The fringe is in not very stong condition. If I am going to re-string each strand, It has to be true to the period that the shade was made.
Any help or suggestions will be welcomed.

I'm not quite sure what type lamp that is, but this could help. At wal-mart in the craft section they have beaded fringe , which I have used around the base of a shade. I use E-6000 glue (same sect in wal-mart, silver tube), some clothes pins and do one side at a time. Good luck
