Commercial Grade Pool

What's the best name brand of pool table on the market today?

What's the best name brand of pool table on the market today? I'm partial to Gandy's but they're out of business and I refuse to pay the money Diamond asks for their tables. If your argument is that they ARE the best table, then put YOUR money up.

Anyway, I'm trying to get my pool room opened up so here's the criteria. I need eight 9' tables and four 8' tables along with balls, racks, etc. The equipment has to be commercial grade so they'll stand up to the usual abuse from pool players. Can anybody steer me in the right direction?

I've never played on one, but I've heard (from people who know much more than me) that the Gabriels Signature Pro is the best pool table in the world. But then again, if you don't want to spend the money on Diamond, you REALLY won't want to spend the money on a Gabriels, lol.

Anyway, if I were opening a pool hall I'd go with Olhausen Championship Pros. They're built as solid as anything out there, and the cushions alone are enough to convince me to go with them over Brunswick (How can you beat a lifetime warranty?). One of the local pool tables here has them and they play great, although they aren't as "pretty" as the brand new Diamonds at the hall I frequent most of the time.

Good luck.
